How information is used

We use this information only to respond to enquiries, provide requested DSC assistance, coordinate verification, support installation and communicate service updates.

Sensitive information

Never send passwords, PINs, card security codes or OTPs. Aadhaar authentication, consent, video verification and payment should be completed by the applicant on the authorized portal. Share only documents necessary for the requested service.

Third-party portals

Online DSC applications may continue on a Certifying Authority or service provider portal. Their privacy and security terms apply once you leave f1dsc.com.

Retention and sharing

Information is retained only as reasonably necessary to provide the requested service or meet applicable legal obligations. We do not sell customer information. It may be shared with authorized service providers only when required to process the requested DSC service.

Your choices

You may ask us to correct or delete information that is no longer required, subject to applicable legal and record-keeping obligations.
